Humber Community Music School at the Rex

Wow! I feel very secure about the future of jazz in Toronto and in Canada...it's so inspiring see all these kids perform their hearts out! I understand from Catherine Mitro, who is the program director that the program has been going on for 28 years!! It has been getting its' greatest attention in the past 6 - 7 years with such alumni as Briah Chahley, Mike Ruby and Adam Arruda...Some of the participants have started as early as 4 years old! Congratulations all! On a biased note Kelsey Grant did a fabulous job with the Jazz FM Youth Band...great stuff!
