Yes, got a little crazy with the cupcake baking yesterday - trying out recipes from "Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World" well, at least they took over Jazz FM.The first ones are Peanut Butter with a Chocolate Ganache and these are Vanilla with a Buttercream Frosting - taste testing says delish.....
