These are part of dinner last night - a "Crispy Crunchy Salad" adapted from Pulp Kitchen's former incarnation - tofu, cucumber, mushrooms, tamari sauce, snow peas...clean spring flavours and below is a Raw Almond Pate - supplmented with sunflower and pumpkin seeds, lemon juice, miso paste, carrot, celery cilantro, garlic, parsley.....can be served with raw crackers or in a wrap or sandwich....
I also made some fudgy brownies - a combo of a couple of recipes so I call them "Mo's Mashup Brownies" - I can post the recipe later....
